    NAfME (formerly known as MENC) is the largest national organization for music educators and isdedicated to furthering the education of working professionals and collegiate music education majors.     Sigma Alpha Iota is an international music fraternity for women, founded at the University School of Music in Ann Arbor, Michigan on June 12, 1903. The Lambda Theta chapter at Frostburg State University was chartered October 30, 2005 by 9 outstanding musicians. As a chapter, our goal is to promote music in whatever way possible, through fundraisers, service projects, recitals and other means.
