Psi Chi National Honor Society
What is Psi Chi?
It is the National Honor Society for Psychology Students.
Why should I join?

Requirements for Membership in the National Organization

You must be registered as a Psychology Major or a graduate student in the M.S. Counseling Psychology program.

Completion of six credit hours and currently enrolled in at least three additional credit hours in Psychology at Frostburg State University with a Psychology GPA of at least 3.20 or better
or
Completion of nine credit hours in Psychology at Frostburg State University with a Psychology GPA of at least 3.20 or better (Transferred credits are not counted)
- Completion of six additional credit hours in any department at Frostburg State University, for a total of 15 credits, at Frostburg State University with an overall GPA of at least 3.00 or better (Nine in Psychology and six in any other department.)

Graduate Students: Completion of six credit hours in Psychology at Frostburg State University with a Psychology GPA of at least 3.40 or better.

High standards of personal behavior.

Two-thirds affirmative vote of those member present at a regular meeting of the chapter.
