They are professional master electricians, cast members, stage managers, carpenters, singers, sound technicians, fight directors and painters! They are working in the professional industry! Over the past two years current Frostburg Theatre and Dance students have worked at the following professional companies:

  • Matt Ancarrow- Class of 2007, Freelance actor in Washington D.C./Baltimore area. Recently placed in 'Elite Eight' of D.C. Monologue Competition and acted with the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company's 2011 season.

"I use my degree every time I get up in front of my congregation...I direct youth and puppet ministry...I even use the lighting, set and costume design coursework. I can't think of a theatre class that has not been useful in some way."
