Where is your hometown?
Bel Air, Maryland (Harford County)

What are you expecting to get out of your time at Frostburg?
A enjoyable degree that will yield an enjoyable and successful career

What are career/academic goals?
Finish ethnobotany program with degree and then attend graduate school and finish with a Masters in Forestry.

What got you interested in Ethnobotany?
I've always enjoyed plants and this was one of the only botany degrees offered in the east coast.

What cultures are you interested in studying and learning about? Have you learned about these cultures yet?
I'd really like to learn about Central American cultures and South American countries.

Was Ethnobotany your first choice for a major?
It was indeed.

Are you minoring in any other subject?
Yes, Forestry and Biology

Do you have any interest outside of Ethnobotany?
Yes, I enjoy hiking and kayaking, and occasional vidja game activity

What is the most valuable thing you have learned in college?
Proper tree identification as well as outside awareness.

Do you consider yourself any of the following: redneck, hillbilly, hippy, city folk, suburb oriented or other.
Halfway between the suburbs and the hills. If not the hills, theres gotta be some red on my neck somewhere.

What kind of activities relate to both your casual life and school?
Tree gazing, leaf collecting,

Where do you eat and buy groceries? What are your dietary preferences?
The cafeteria on campus or local markets

Do you work on-campus or off-campus? What is your job?
I enjoy spending my time working during the winter and summer.

In the summer have you done any internship? Where?
I have yet to complete any. I am hoping to find one in the summer
