2012-2013 Memberships

Membership fees are yearly. Memberships are valid September 1, 2012 - August 31, 2013. Contact the AFL office for more information.

Membership Benefits

Members will have the opportunity to utilize the Cordts Physical Education Center activity areas to include the swimming pool, fitness center, racquetball courts, tennis courts, practice gym, main arena, and outdoor track.

The evening and weekend open swim hours are subject to change and or cancelation when events are being held in the Cordts PE Center.

Pool lockers are now available one per individual membership, two per family membership. You must provide your own lock. Contact the AFL office to reserve your locker.

Prorates rates are for memberships purchasd now - August 31, 2013. Membership year concludes August 31, 2013.

*A family membership is defined as immediate family members. Married couples and direct dependents under the age of 18.

Membership Rules & Regulations

• Membership cards must be presented upon request.
• Children under 18 will not be permitted to use any area unless a parent/guardian member is present in the building. Direct parental supervision is required for children under 18 in the fitness center and for children under 14 in all activity areas, expect the fitness center.
• Children under 14 are not permitted in the fitness center.
• The Cordts PE Center is open for use during designated hours during the academic year: August 29 - december 10 and January 23 - May 9, Monday - Friday, 6am - 11pm: Friday, 6am - 10pm; Saturday, 10am - 10pm and Sunday, 12pm - 10pm; Friday, 9am - 5pm; May 11 - August 31 Monday - Thursday, 9am - 6pm; Friday, 9am - 5pm. (During this time weight room hours and pool hours will be very limited, and may be posted on a weekly basis.) The PE Center will be closed on the following days: September 1-3, November 20 @6pm, November 25, December 21 - January 2, January 21, March 15 @ 5pm - March 24, March 31, May 27, July 4. The hours are subject to changes and closures for athletic events, concerts, and weather related closings.
• Use of the pool requires the presence of an FSU-appointed lifeguard. In the event the lifeguard is not present, the pool will be closed without prior notice.
• The Noon Hour Swim is designated for adult swimming only.
• No member may lend a membership card to another person to gain admission to the Center.
• Racquetball courts are reserved on a "first-come, first-served" basis. You may not sign up days in advance.
• Use of activity areas is based on availability which may vary by semester.
• The dance studio and baseball room are closed to AFL members.
