Membership
Membership fees are yearly. Memberships are valid September 1, 2008 -
August 31, 2009. Contact the AFL office for more information.
Membership Benefits
Members will have the opportunity to utilize the Cordts Physical
Education Center activity areas to include the swimming pool, weight room,
racquetball courts, squash court, tennis courts, practice gym, main arena,
and outdoor track.

The evening and weekend open swim hours are subject
to change and or cancellation when events are being held in the Cordts
PE Center.
Pool lockers are now available one per individual
membership, two per family membership. You must provide your own lock.
Contact the AFL office to reserve your locker.

*A family membership is defined as immediate family members. Married
couples and direct dependents under the age of 18.
Membership Rules & Regulations
- Membership cards must be presented upon request.
- Children under 18 will not be permitted to use any area unless a parent/guardian
member is present in the building. Direct parental supervision is required
for children under 18 in the weight rooms and for children under 14
in all activity areas, expect the weigh room.
- Children under 14 are not permitted in the weight rooms.
- The Cordts PE Center is open for use during designated hours during
the academic year: September 2 - November 24, December 1 - December
12, January 26 - March 12, March 23 - May 8. Monday - Thursday, 9am
- 11pm; Friday, 8am - 10pm; Saturday, 8am - 10pm and Sunday, 12pm -
10pm. December 14 - December 19 and January 5 - January 23, Monday -
Thursday, 9am - 8pm; Friday, 9am - 8pm; Friday, 9am - 5pm. March 16
- March 20, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. May 11 - August 31, Monday -
Thursday, 9am - 6pm; Friday, 9am - 5pm. The PE Center will be closed
on the following days: November 26 - 30, December 20 - January 3, January
19, March 14, 15, 21, 22, May 9, May 10, July 4
- Use of the pool requires the presence of an FSU-appointed lifeguard.
In the event the lifeguard is not present, the pool will be closed without
prior notice.
- The Noon Hour Swim is designated for adult swimming only.
- No member may lend a membership card to another person to gain admission
to the Center.
- Racquetball courts are reserved on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
- Use of activity areas is based on availability which may vary by semester.
- The dance studio is closed to Club members.
