Born on November 16, 1911, at Waynesboro PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Harriett (Hawk) Zentmyer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul L. Footen, in 1995.
Mrs. Footen was a retired elementary School teacher, having taught in Allegany County.
