Born on May 15, 1959 in Washington, DC, PJ was the daughter of the late Harold A. Siegel and the mother of Shaine R. Siegel. PJ was a retired Army major and active member of the Frostburg State University Alumni Association. PJ died January 14, 2004 following an 18-month battle with cancer.
