High School Students Wanted for Upward Bound at FSU
The Upward Bound Program at Frostburg State University is currently accepting applications. This pre-college program is designed to assist 77 qualified Allegany County students in developing the skills and motivation necessary for success in high school and college. FSU’s program serves rising ninth graders through graduating seniors. The program is entirely funded by the U.S. Department of Education and is free for participants.

Allegany County high school students in grades eight to 11 who have college as a goal should consider Upward Bound. The Upward Bound program at FSU can help make a college dream a reality. UB can provide the skills and motivation to students who want to succeed in high school and college. There is no cost to the participant.
