The public will have the opportunity to learn from the Rev. Samuel Billy Kyles, a Civil Rights leader and close friend of Dr. Martin Luther King who was with him during the last hour of his life, when Frostburg State University honors King’s legacy with a special celebration at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17, in the Performing Arts Center’s Pealer Recital Hall.
