Frostburg State University to Celebrate Inauguration of President Ronald Nowaczyk

Frostburg State University will celebrate the inauguration of its 15th president, Dr. Ronald H. Nowaczyk, in a ceremony that centers a week bookended by events celebrating student artistic achievement. The ceremony, which is open to the public, will be Friday, April 7, at 2 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center’s Pealer Recital Hall.

Frostburg State University has been designated a Voter Friendly Campus in the inaugural list of 83 such campuses nationwide from the Campus Vote Project in partnership with NASPA, Student Affairs Professionals in Higher Education. In 2016, the city of Frostburg, supported by Frostburg State University and the Appalachian Regional Commission, ordered a study to determine which industries are most likely to employ FSU graduates.
