African American Studies Lecture Slated at Frostburg State University

The African American Studies Lecture Series at Frostburg State University will present "African Americans and Psychiatric Practices: The Many Facets of Race, 1880-1920," a lecture by Dr. Connie McGovern, FSU professor of history.

This lecture will take place on Wed., April 3, at 7 p.m. in Tawes Hall, Room 232. The event is free and open to the public.
