Baseball, Softball Announce Schedule Changes

FROSTBURG, MD — The Frostburg State baseball and softball teams have announced changes to their schedules for the upcoming weeks.

The Bobcat baseball team (23-8-1, 9-3 AMCC) will visit SUNY-Farmingdale for a doubleheader this Saturday at 1:00 pm before traveling to take on Mount Aloysius on Thursday, April 24 in a twinbill beginning at 1:00 pm.

FSU will then host Villa Julie for two contests on Saturday, April 26 starting at noon before closing out its regular season with a single game at Juniata on Monday, April 28 at 3:30 pm.

The Bobcat softball team (13-8, 7-3) returns to action on Tuesday, April 22 when it hosts Columbia Union for a 3:00 pm doubleheader and then visits McDaniel on Wednesday, April 23 in a twinbill beginning at 3:00 pm.

FSU will then host Villa Julie for a pair of games on Saturday, April 26 starting at 1:00 before welcoming three-time defending Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference champion La Roche for key doubleheader on Sunday, April 27 at 1:00. La Roche currently sits atop the league with a 9-1 mark.

The Bobcats close out their regular season by hosting Dickinson for a twinbill on Tuesday, April 29 starting at 3:00.

Both the FSU baseball and softball teams are riding seven-game winning streaks and have clinched berths in their respective AMCC Tournament to be held May 2-3.
