Frostburg State senior forward Pierre Bowery (Kensington, Md./Einstein)
and sophomore forward Tracey Little (La Vale, Md./Allegany)
were named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Players of the Week on Monday after stellar performances last week.
Bowery took home his second AMCC honor of the year after pacing the Bobcats to a 2-1 showing by averaging 20.7 points, 10.0 rebounds, 2.7 blocks and 2.0 steals.
He moved into second place on FSU's all-time scoring list with 1,735 points, and he tied his own single-game school record with seven blocks versus Pitt-Bradford.
Little, who earned her third league honor of the season, led the Bobcats to a 1-1 week by averaging 21.5 points, 14.5 rebounds, 5.0 blocked shots, 3.0 steals and 2.5 assists.
She recorded 19 points, a career-high 17 rebounds and four blocks in a narrow loss to league front-runner Pitt-Greensburg, and she followed with 24 points, 12 rebounds and six blocks in a big win over Pitt-Bradford.
Little leads FSU with nine double-doubles this year.
