Preacher Moss, a comedian and social commentator who has written for “The Damon Wayans Show” and “Saturday Night Live,” will bring his “End of Racism” comedy and lecture tour to Frostburg State University on Thursday, Sept. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center Drama Theatre.
With his insight on “racial understanding versus racial interaction,” Moss has quickly become the funniest social commentator on the college scene today. He delivers the goods on how Americans see race through laughter, respect and the humility of a man who felt the sting of racism.
“Understanding diversity and multiculturalism requires that we eliminate or reduce the anxiety of our ignorance and how to speak honestly when we can’t,” Moss said.
Sponsored by the University Programming Council, Moss’ performance is free and open to the public. For more information, call the Lane University Center Information Desk at (301) 687-4411.
FSU is committed to making all of its programs, services and activities accessible to persons with disabilities. To request accommodations through the ADA Compliance Office, call (301) 687-4102, TDD (301) 687-7955.
