English Department Hosts a Celebration for Banned Books Week

Frostburg State University’s English Department and members of Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honor Society, will be sponsoring a Banned Books Celebration and Reading on Monday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m. in the Lane University Center room 202.

Banned Books Week is a nationwide event which occurs during the month of October. The event is associated with the American Library Association, which sponsors events for Banned Book Week all over the United States.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact the FSU Department of English at 301-687-4221.
