Frostburg State University is receiving votes in this week's American Football Coaches Association Division III Poll released earlier this week.
The Bobcats, coming off a thrilling 25-23 victory over Division I-AA Marist Saturday, earned 36 points from the 47 voting members.
Three upcoming FSU opponents are also listed in this week's poll. Brockport State, which will host the Bobcats September 22, is ranked 20th in the country with 285 points.
Defending Atlantic Central Football Conference champion Wesley, FSU's October 6 opponent, and Catholic, which will visit Frostburg on October 13, were also among schools receiving votes. Wesley had 28 points, while Catholic received 11.
Defending national champion Mount Union sits atop this week's poll with 1,171 points, with Rowan (N.J.) second (877) and Wittenberg third (851).
Bridgewater (Va.) and Linfield complete the top five with 793 and 773 points, respectively.
Frostburg State will host regional power Allegheny (Pa.) College on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
