FSU Mass Communication Department Sponsors Career Panel
Frostburg State University’s Department of Mass Communication will sponsor its Third Annual Career Panel Discussion on Wednesday, Nov. 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Lane University Center Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall, rooms 140-142.
Mass Communication has a variety of focuses such as video production, audio production, advertising, management, public relations, journalism, web development and many more. The panel discussion will include representatives from a wide range of mass communication fields including radio production, broadcast journalism, marketing, public relations, music recording and more.
Individual media representatives will discuss issues related to their specific areas of expertise and issues concerning their organizations. A question and answer period will take place after the individual presentations. After the event, there will be an informal “meet and greet” gathering where students can talk with the representatives and offer their resumes. The event is free and open to the public.
