Frostburg State University will present and information meeting for prospective applicants for its Master of Arts in Teaching programs, both elementary and secondary.
MAT – Elementary Program Coordinator Dr. Kim Rotruck will be at the University System of Maryland at Hagerstown, 32 W. Washington St., in room 124-125 on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at 6:30 p.m. to speak to prospective applicants for the two groups beginning studies in summer 2005.
The FSU Master of Arts in Teaching – Elementary program is offered at the new USM-H. The deadline for Summer 2005 cohort applications is May 1, 2005.
The Master of Arts in Teaching – Secondary program is offered at FSU's Frostburg campus. The deadline for summer 2005 cohort applications is April 1, 2005.
FSU’s Master of Arts in Teaching program is designed for career changers or recent college graduates who want to pursue a career in teaching. The full-time program that lasts just over a year provides its students with all the necessary coursework and classroom experience to obtain teacher certification in the State of Maryland.
The Summer 2005 applicant admissions interviews will be scheduled for the evenings in April.
