The Frostburg State University Financial Aid Office will offer a workshop on completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. All members of the community are invited to attend the workshop Sunday, January 24, from 4 to 6 p.m. in Pullen Hall for hands-on assistance.
Participants will need to bring a copy of their 2009 federal tax return (if completed) or 2008 federal tax return (for parents and students), the value of all investments (for parents and students), savings and checking account information (for parents and students), FAFSA PIN number (if you have obtained a PIN for completing a previous FAFSA) and Social Security cards.
Students seeking state and federal aid for postsecondary education are required to complete FAFSA forms to be eligible for financial assistance.
