It runs through March 3 and meets from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Requirements for this class are a solid cartwheel and working toward a solid round off. Participants in this class will work on skills that work toward a back handspring, such as handstand holds, forward rolls, snap downs, jump-backs on a cheese mat, right/left side cartwheels, one-armed cartwheels, aerials with spot, backbend kick overs with spot and front handsprings over a barrel.
An advanced class is also for all ages and is limited to 15 students with a minimum of 7.
