Folk humorist Mary Mack will perform as part of Frostburg State University’s Comedy Series sponsored by the University Programming Council on Saturday, Oct. 11, at 9 p.m. in the Manicur Assembly Hall in the Lane University Center.
Claiming she spends half her time convincing her Minnesotan mother that it’s OK to be a comedian and the other half driving to gigs, Mack has been featured on this past season of “Last Comic Standing.” She was also featured on the nationally syndicated “Bob and Tom” radio show and was the winner of the 2005 California’s Funniest Female contest.
The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact the Lane University Center Information Desk at (301) 687-4411.
