CENTERVILLE, Mass. —
Frostburg State senior guard Krystin Hargrove (Silver Spring, Md./Springbrook)
has recently been named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference Honorable Mention team.
Hargrove, a Second-Team All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference selection, led the Bobcats this season in scoring (17.2) and steals (117). She led the team in scoring in 15 games this season and scored a career-high 32 points in FSU’s 90-72 win over Mt. Aloysius in mid-January.
A two-time AMCC Player of the Week this season, Hargrove scored 446 points on the year and finishes her career at FSU ranked 10th all time in scoring with 1,311 points.
Hargrove finished second in the conference in points per game and steals per game (4.50), seventh in assists per game (3.04), ninth in assist/turnover ratio (0.75), 12th in offensive rebounds per game (2.46) and 15th in rebounds per game (5.7).
The Bobcats finished the season ranked first in steals (12.88), second in scoring offense (68.5), rebounding margin (+2.6) and offensive rebounds (18.50), third in blocked shots (3.16), scoring margin (+2.2) and rebounding offense (43.6), fourth in field goal percentage (.393) and turnover margin (+2.62) and fifth in assists (13.23).
Frostburg State finished the season 17-12 overall and 12-6 in the AMCC.
