GIBSONIA, PA —
Frostburg State junior Tracey Little (La Vale, Md./Allegany)
has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the second time this season.
Little, a 6-0 forward/center, averaged 24.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.0 blocks to help the Bobcats to a 2-0 week.
Little posted her team-high sixth double-double of the year with 28 points and 13 rebounds in a 97-79 win at Hood last Thursday and had 20 points and seven rebounds in 26 minutes in a 72-47 win over Lake Erie Saturday.
Little, who also took home the AMCC's weekly honor December 1, leads the AMCC in scoring (20.2 ppg), rebounding (10.2 rpg) and blocked shots (1.69 bpg).
The Bobcats (9-4, 1-0 AMCC) have won three straight and seven of their last nine heading into Wednesday night's showdown with defending AMCC champion Pitt-Greensburg (10-2, 2-0).
