FROSTBURG, MD —
The Frostburg State men’s basketball team will travel to Penn State Behrend on Tuesday, February 21 for the first round of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Tournament for an 8:00 pm tipoff.
The No. 6 Bobcats enter the tournament with an 11-14 overall record and an 8-10 conference mark while the No. 3 Lions enter the game with an 18-6 overall record and a 12-5 league record. PSB swept FSU during the regular season.
FSU enters the tournament having lost two-straight games including a double-overtime setback to Pitt-Greensburg on Saturday evening.
PSB enters the tournament having won three-straight games including a win over regular-season champion Lake Erie. The Lions claimed the 2004-05 AMCC Tournament championship.
No.1 Lake Erie earned a first round bye and will host the tournament for the first time after posting a 19-5 overall record and a 15-2 mark in the AMCC during the regular season. No. 2 Pitt-Greensburg earned a first round bye as well after finishing the regular season with a 16-9 overall mark and a 14-4 AMCC record.
No. 5 seeded La Roche will play at No. 4 Hilbert with the winner playing LEC.
The AMCC championship match is scheduled for Saturday, February 25 at 3:00 pm. The AMCC Tournament champion will receive an automatic bid the NCAA Division III Tournament.

Championship (at Lake Erie) - Saturday, Feb. 25
