Men's Soccer Earns No. 2 Seed in ECAC Mid-Atlantic Championship

FROSTBURG, MD - Frostburg State has earned the No. 2 seed in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Men's Mid-Atlantic Soccer Championship and will face No. 7 McDaniel on Wednesday.
While the Bobcats are the higher seed, the game will be played at McDaniel beginning at 2:00 pm due to expected inclement weather in Frostburg.
Frostburg State (10-6-2) were the runners-up in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Tournament.
The Green Terror (13-7-1) fell to Johns Hopkins 3-1 in the Centennial Conference semifinals.
In Wednesday's other first-round matches, No. 1 Johns Hopkins will host No. 8 DeSales at 7:45 pm, No. 3 Pitt-Greensburg will host No. 6 Washington & Jefferson (time TBA) and No. 4 Penn State Altoona will host No. 5 Wesley at 1:00 pm.
The semifinals will be played Saturday and the championship is scheduled for Sunday. All three matches will be hosted by the highest remaining seed after Wednesday's opening round.
