Frostburg State University’s Department of Mass Communication will sponsor its second annual Career Panel Discussion on Wednesday, Nov. 30 from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Compton Science Center, room 226.
The panel discussion will include representatives from a wide range of mass communication fields including radio and television production, broadcast journalism, print journalism, public relations and advertising, music recording and more.
Individual media representatives will discuss issues related to their specific areas of expertise and issues concerning their organizations. A question and answer period will take place after the individual presentations. After the event, there will be an informal “meet and greet” gathering where students can talk with the representatives and offer their resumes. Refreshments will be served.
This event is free and open to all Frostburg State University students as well as area high school and community college students.
