Erica Mozdy led the way with 17 points and 11 rebounds, while Amber Krumpe and Brittany Mays both scored in double-figures, scoring 11 and 10 points respectively.

The Bobcats (13-8, 4-4) played strong in a first half that featured seven lead changes and held a slight lead, 24-22, with 3:27 remaining. However, the Lions (16-5, 8-1) finished the half on a 10-0 run to take a 32-24 advantage into the locker room.

In the second half, the Lions continued to dominate as they stretched their lead to as many as 16. The Bobcats were able to close to within seven points, 56-49, on a jumper and a three-pointer by Little with 6:30 remaining. However, the Lions held strong as they were able to work the lead back to double-figures mainly with their shooting from the free throw line.

The Lions held a huge advantage at the free throw line, as in the first half they shot 9-10 from the charity stripe, while the FSU didn’t even attempt a free throw. It wasn’t until 18:05 in the second half that the Bobcats attempted their first free throw.

In the second half, Penn State Behrend attempted 27 more free throws, as they shot 78% (29-37) from the line on the game. At the same time, the Bobcats were only able to get 12 shots from the free throw line, where they shot 67% (8-12).
