The Office of Human Resources is committed to the strategic vision and mission of the University. Our goal is to assure compliance with Federal and State laws and USM policies and procedures governing human resources, health and safety, Title IX, and ADA/EEO compliance.  We promote accountability, professional growth, life-long learning and individual empowerment throughout the University community. While responding to the changing needs and expectations of our constituents, OHR serves as a catalyst to ensure that employees, who are the University’s most valuable resource, are enabled to contribute at their highest level to the continued success of Frostburg State University.
