Beth has primary responsibility for implementation and management of the Equal Employment Opportunity program and all matters related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Beth is responsible for knowledge and proper implementation of all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines related to ADA and EEO. Beth develops, conducts and monitors training programs relative to specific EEO/ADA topics, (i.e., unlawful workplace harassment and diversity training, and ADA compliance). Beth handles all immigration and naturalization issues for FSU faculty and administrative staff. |
