Avalon has responsibility for implementation, administration, and maintenance of USM/FSU exempt and nonexempt pay programs. He performs job analysis, conducts salary surveys, and interprets survey data. Avalon designs pay structures, properly titles and classifies positions, and performs any and all other duties associated with classification and wage and salary administration. In addition to compensation and classification, He also develops and coordinates training initiatives and SkillSoft e-learning for the campus community.
