MCEA - Sworn Police Officers

Frostburg State University and the Maryland Classified Employees Association (MCEA) have a three (3) year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) effective from September 9, 2011 to September 1, 2014.

AFSCME - Nonexempt Employees

Frostburg State University and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees have a three (3) year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is effective from February 11, 2011 to June 30, 2013.

AFSCME - Exempt Employees

Frostburg State University and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees have a three (3) year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is effective from September 23, 2010 to June 30, 2013.
