Frostburg State University and the Maryland Classified Employees Association (MCEA) have concluded their negotiations for a successor three (3) year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is effective from February 15, 2008 to February 14, 2011.

Frostburg State University and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees have concluded their negotiations for a successor three (3) year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is awaiting ratification by the employees.
