Collective Bargaining Update
MCEA - Sworn Police Officers
Frostburg State University and the Maryland Classified
Employees Association (MCEA) have concluded their negotiations for
a successor three (3) year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The
MOU is effective from February 15, 2008 to February 14, 2011.
AFSCME - Nonexempt Employees
Frostburg State University and the American Federation
of State, County, and Municipal Employees have concluded their negotiations
for a successor three (3) year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The MOU is effective from June 20, 2008 to June 30, 2010.
AFSCME - Exempt Employees
Frostburg State University and the
American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees have
concluded their negotiations for a successor three (3) year Memorandum
of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is effective from November 20, 2008
to June 30, 2010.
