The Multimedia Learning Center (MLC) features a full-dome theater and state-of-the-art digital projection system.  Planetarium shows, astronomical observing with telescopes, and other campus events are hosted by the MLC on a regular basis.  Private planetarium shows are available for groups upon request.  FSU faculty and staff are encouraged to use the MLC for their courses and events.  Please contact us for more information.

We're working on a comet watch star party for sometime in March. More info coming soon!

Wednesday Sky Tours in March feature, "The Orion Molecular Cloud Complex." The show starts at 6:00 and 7:00 pm, March 1, 15, and 29. The Natural History Museum at Frostburg (formerly Science Dicsovery Center) has extended hours until 8:00 pm on those days.

The next Science Saturday is March 4. The Natural History Museum at Frostburg is open from 5:00 - 6:00 pm. The planetarium show starts promptly at 6:00 pm, and features the full dome movie, "Two Small Pieces of Glass."
