Frostburg State University's Chapter of the National Broadcasting Society will host its second annual Audio/Video Competition and Awards Ceremony, showcasing the results of the 2003 competition, on Tuesday, May 6, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Lane University Center Manicur Assembly Hall. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
The event will feature the production talent of FSU students as well as honor outstanding NBS members and mass communication producers. The 2003-2004 mass communications scholarship winner will be announced.
Winners of the competition will receive cash prizes, gift bags and gift certificates sponsored by local businesses.
The public is invited. Dress for the event is business casual. Cost is $5 for the general public and free to all contestants, NBS members and FSU Department of Mass Communications faculty and staff.
