Frostburg State University will hold an information night on its Master of Arts in Teaching program for potential teachers in both elementary and secondary education on Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the FSU Hagerstown Center on Public Square.
FSU faculty and staff will be available to discuss admissions requirements and the application process. Both MAT programs are full-time graduate programs for those with bachelor's degrees who have not had teacher training. Students who successfully complete the program are eligible for certification in the state of Maryland. The elementary program is based at the FSU Hagerstown Center, while the secondary program is based on the Frostburg campus.
