Frostburg State University Theatre will present "Hansel and Gretel," a children's theatre production on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 25 and 26, at 2 p.m. in the FSU Performing Arts Center Drama Theatre.
Based on the original story and rewritten by student director Nicole Willig, "Hansel and Gretel" is a children's play with something for everyone. This fun and mystifying tale of two siblings and their neighborhood friends features a spooky and quirky witch, a kind angel, a dancing gypsy and many other interesting characters. Children of all ages will enjoy the sweetness of this beloved tale and may even get to "taste" the fun.
All tickets are $1 and can be purchased at the door. For more information, call (301) 687-4145.
