Frostburg State University music faculty members Ellen Grolman and Mark Gallagher will present a recital of music for the cello and clarinet Friday, March 12, at 8 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center Pealer Recital Hall.
The program, part of FSU's Faculty Artist Series, includes "Duet, op. 22" by F.A. Kummer, "Ten Images (Gifts in Miniature for Deborah Scherr)" by Luna Pearl Woolf, "Tango for 2" by Ruth Schonthal, "Sonata for Cello and Clarinet" by Phyllis Tate and "Craftsbury Trio" by Gwyneth Walker. The duo will be accompanied on piano by Betty-Jane Phillips.
The concert is free and open to the public.
