FSU to Host Lecture on Civic Engagement

Dr. Susan Komives, a member of the University of Maryland College Park faculty, will speak on civic engagement on Friday, Sept. 24, at 2 p.m. in Lane University Center room 201. Her lecture is free and open to the public.

Komives is an associate professor in the Department of Counseling and Personnel Services at University of Maryland. She is a senior scholar with the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership and has published widely on the topics of civic engagement and leadership on campuses. Her lecture is sponsored by the Faculty Development Subcommittee.
