Frostburg State’s University Programming Council will host its second annual Battle of the Bands on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 7 p.m. in the Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall in the Lane University Center.
Six bands will compete at this event. Winners of the Battle of the Bands can win cash prizes and the opportunity to play at the FSU Spring Fest in May.
