Frostburg State University will host the Tri-State Honor Band Festival with a concert Sunday, Dec. 12, at 3:30 p.m. in the FSU Performing Arts Center’s Pealer Recital Hall.
The Tri-State Honor Band is made up of 140 students representing 26 high schools. George Parks, director of band at the University of Massachusetts, will be the guest director.
