Students of a Frostburg State University Marketing Research class conducted surveys for the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce and recently presented their findings to Chamber board members.
Dr. Yun Chu’s Marketing 462 class worked with the Chamber of Commerce in order to develop a member survey. The students also compiled and analyzed the responses to over 100 surveys gathered.
The students involved with the project included Travis Bennett, Christopher Dixon, Sarah Dorman, Crystal Ellis, Ryan Ferriter, Richard Johnson, Crystal Mann, Scott McGregor, Marie McVitty, James Mudd III, Keiron Raphael, Kamillo Rosenthal, Marc Steiner, Valeria Stewart, Beau Thompson, Etienne Van-Allen Tolbert, Adam Wetzel and Justin Williams.
The final presentation of the Chamber of Commerce member survey and analysis occurred Dec. 8. The president, the executive director and three representatives on the board of the Chamber of Commerce were all in attendance.
