Frostburg State University student Frankie Allen Revell, a senior majoring in communications from Big Pool, Md., completed his practicum with United Campus Ministry. Revell served as the peer minister for United Campus Ministry under the supervision of Chaplain Rev. Lawrence A. Neumark.
Revell’s duties consisted of leading worship services, holding Bible studies, counseling students and organizing campus ministry events. Revell’s responsibilities gave him insight into Neumark’s everyday activities. Neumark was impressed with Revell saying, “Frankie Revell has served us quite well as our first peer minister. Through his unique gifts and graces, he has achieved some significant ground breaking accomplishments, ones that others will try to emulate. Finally, Frankie, a non-traditional student, has been a positive role model for his peers.”
