Partly Cloudy, a pop-punk band, is coming to Frostburg State University on Thursday, Feb. 3, at 8 p.m. in the Lane University Center’s Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall. The event is sponsored by the University Programming Council and ecampus.com.
Partly Cloudy started playing garage anthems in 1995. Their unique personalities shine throughout this three-member band. Lead-vocalist/bassist Dave Harms, guitarist/vocalist Kyle Keith and drummer/vocalist Chris Brim have come together to offer a unique sound.
