Frostburg State University Center Stage Live! at the Loft series presents acoustic rock and roll singer/songwriter Chopper on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at 7 p.m. in the Lane University Center Loft.
Chopper honed his musical talents playing in a steady stream of bands. He joined Vertical Horizon in 1994. He also toured with the similarly styled Jackopierce, playing college campuses across the country. As his musicianship sharpened, so did his yearning to create his own sound. Chopper’s delivery is mesmerizing, with onstage charm and rich vocal styles that remind one of a young Bob Dylan or Tom Waits.
