Frostburg State University will present an information meetings for prospective applicants for its Master of Arts in Teaching program for secondary education on Tuesday, March 8, at 7:30 p.m. in Framptom Hall 117 on the FSU campus.
MAT–Secondary Program Coordinator Dr. William Childs will speak to prospective applicants for the group beginning studies in summer 2005. The Master of Arts in Teaching – Secondary program is offered at FSU's Frostburg campus. The deadline for summer 2005 cohort applications is April 1.
FSU’s Master of Arts in Teaching program is designed for career changers or recent college graduates who want to pursue a career in teaching. The full-time program that lasts just over a year provides its students with all the necessary coursework and classroom experience to obtain teacher certification in the State of Maryland.
