Mind Culture Original Music Project at FSU is Looking for Musicians
Release Date: 03/11/2005

Frostburg State University’s Mass Communication Department is looking for musicians to perform on the second annual Mind Culture Original Music Project.

The project consists of recording a CD of songs compiled by several area musicians, as well as putting on a concert featuring those musicians. If you think you have a song that is good enough, you may be chosen to be on the CD. All types of music are welcome. If you have already recorded a song, you can submit a copy of it on either tape or CD to: Mind Culture Original Music Project, Frostburg State University Mass Communication Department, Guild Center Room 118, Frostburg MD 21532. If you have an idea for a song, but don’t have a way to record it, the Mass Comm. Department can do it for you. What better way to gain exposure and kick-start your musical career?

All submissions are due by April 4, 2005.

For more information, contact Dr. John Lombardi at (301) 687-4146 or Connie Capacchione at (301) 687-3049.
