The Frostburg State University Cultural Events Series will offer an exciting lecture-demonstration by world-famous jazz artists Hilton Ruiz and Dave Valentin on Friday, April 1, from 4 to 5 p.m. in the FSU Performing Arts Center Pealer Recital Hall.
During the afternoon program, which is free and open to the public, Ruiz and Valentin will discuss jazz, paying particular attention to the Latin jazz genre, and will treat the audience to some of their hot Latin rhythms and cheerful jazz vibrations.
