Bobby Petrocelli will return to FSU to present his motivational speech “10 Seconds Can Change Your Life” at Frostburg State University on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center Pealer Recital Hall. The event is sponsored by BURG Peer Education Network.
Petrocelli has traveled the country sharing his inspirational message and life experiences in hopes to motivate and empower crowds all over the United States. The title of his speech comes from the 10 seconds that changed his own life. One night Petrocelli went to bed feeling fulfilled with his life. The next morning he awoke to a drunken driver who had driven a truck through his bedroom wall, killing Petrocelli's wife. The driver’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. Since then, Petrocelli has taken this dreadful event and turned it into an inspiring speech on life and its fragility.
