Frostburg State University Presents "Increasing Your Self-Esteem"

Frostburg State University’s United Campus Ministry and Catholic Campus Ministry are sponsoring a program entitled “Increasing Your Self-Esteem” on Tuesday, March 28, at 7:30 p.m. at the Osborne Newman Center at Frostburg State University.

With humor and creative insight, psychologists Dr. Jack Zealand and Dr. Toni Wiseman will present an all-campus program that is free and open to the public. Dr. Zealand, from Zealand Psychological Associates, and Dr. Wiseman, from the Thomas B. Finan Center, bring years of experience and knowledge to the subject of self-esteem. They will explore ideas and methods for expanding one’s sense of self-worth and self-regard.
