The University Programming Council at Frostburg State University presents the Third Annual Battle of the Bands to be held in the Lane University Center’s Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall on Saturday, April 22, at 7 p.m.
A variety of local bands will be competing for first place and a chance to perform at this year’s Spring Fest on Saturday, May 6. The event is free and open to the public. Winners will be selected based on audience approval.
